Yes. Buyers must register with the auctioneer before bidding, providing proof of identity and, in some cases, FICA documents. Sellers must also register and provide details of their livestock, including health and movement certificates.

Animal movement permits (issued by the local state vet)
Branding certificates or proof of ownership
Health certificates (depending on the province and disease controls, e.g., TB & CA testing for cattle, FMD permits if required)
RFID ear tags for traceability in line with regulations.

a Livestock Removal Certificates (Section 6 & 8), a copy of your Branding Certificates, a copy of your ID Document, a Health Declaration, and GPS coordinates of the origin of your animals.
